What does a MA less than one do?

Here, we have two machines (3rd class lever and a wheel and axle) with an AMA less than 1.  What does this do for the racer?   How can we maximize this factor for the wheels?

  1. It makes it so that it will move eisily

to maximise this factor you can lubricate the wheels.

  5. The wheels will move faster and easier and can change the wheels by having them be larger so it will cover more ground.
