Projectile Motion

Everytime we launch something into the air, it has properties of a projectile. Today we will be studying the properties of projectiles here

When you get done, tell me what you have learned about

a) angle patterns

b) object shape patterns

c) object shape patterns with resistance

You may work with a partner, but the blog post must be done individually.

if you shot it at a side it will land on it

when the angle gets over 60 degrees it goes higher and travels less.
the shape of the object changes how far the object will go and how high it goes.
the bigger the object with resistance the higher it will go but it dont go as far.

the higher the angle the farther it went up and the shallower it went out.

it didn't matter which object u were using they all landing on the same spot.

the all landed close. but bigger things went farther.

a) The higher the angle the less distance it will go.

b) The object didn't matter because they all went the same distance.

c)The larger the object the more resistence it will have and it will not go as far.

A The angle that is 60 degrees or less will travel farther than it being more than 6o degrees.

B the object did not matter because all the objects we shot went the dame distance. But different heigths.

C The larger the obect with resistance the higher it will go but not as far.

a) the higher they go the shorter they go...if you only change the angele
b)The object shape doesnt matter unless you have air resistance
c)it had an effect on it.

a-the bigger the angle the higher it goes but the less ground it covers

b-shape and size dont matter

c-with air resistance they all go different heights and distances

-Angle Patterns--th ebigger the number the higher it goes but the less ground it covers.

object shape patterns-doesnt effect anything until you put on air resistence on it.

object patterns with air resistence- It has a effect on it

the bigger angle the closer it got to the target.

the object changed the landing with no resistance.

with resistance the object went different was of landing

i diddnt even understand the whole thing so i pretty much diddnt kearn nething

the bigger the angle the less distance
shape tells how much force you need
it decreases

angle-went ferther until larger then 60
shape-made no difference
shape with resistance-more resistance less distance it went

A- The higher the angle the less distance it will go.

B- No matter what the size or shape they go the same distance.

C- The less wind resistance the further it goes.

the higher the angle the higher it goes in the air
Shape pof object changes how far and how high it goes
It goes high with resistance but it doesnt go as far

Angle patterns- if you throw an object with a low angel, it hits the ground, and the friction increases, and the objects stop more quickly. If you throw with too great of an angle, it goes too far up, and most of its momentum, is wasted going up, rather than acrosst.

Objsct shape- A triangle, or bullet, has less air resistance, and will go further

objsect shape patterns with resistanses, the more resistance, the more a bullet shape will help, due to it lessening a % of resistance

Now That iv read some of the others, this is what i have to say, in addition to my other comment

The bigger the object, the more force it requires to change the speed, so if it gets going, it will stay there longer, but untill then, it will be more difficult to propell as far, and the larger object does catch more aor resistance, when talking in size, not density.
